We have a jeweler on site and complete your repairs in the store. Not only do we repair jewelry but we also make it. We offer custom creations for most any request. If you do not see what you like in the store or see a few designs that you would like to combine we are set up to help you create the piece that you want. We can also customize any jewelry you might currently on into something a little different: a diamond ring into a beautiful pendant for instance.
During the course of our market research we were alarmed to discover how few jewelry stores repair watches and clocks. We found that even watch battery replacement was difficult to come by. If they did replace batteries then the price was outrageous or there was sometimes a six week waiting period in which the watch would be shipped off. We thought that for such a relatively simple task this was unacceptable, and we made sure to offer this service at a far more reasonable price.
